The Navy and Marines fight a few battles at sea, the Reprisal finally gets some action, and the Marines are assigned to the Continental Congresses new 13 ships built specifically for war. The Marine Committee also issued uniforms to Navy and Marine officers and issued pay raises for everyone…except for enlisted Marines.
